I think a better question would be, "Do PEOPLE like leaders?"
If you look at the world around you, you'll notice that almost EVERYBODY, not just women, are naturally attracted to leaders.
I think the reason for this is because most people feel the need to follow somebody. Nobody wants to make decisions if they could avoid it. The average person would rather "obey" and "follow" instead of lead so he doesn't have to make any decisions. (If you don't want to be a leader... then ask yourself if this is the reason - because you want to FOLLOW instead of lead...)
If you look at the guys who are not so good in dating, you will see they usually carry the same traits as the "average person".
They seek a woman's permission or approval before they do anything with her.
They are often stuck in a "Victim mentality" and actually believe statements such as "I am not good looking enough" or "Women don't like me".
They often would rather follow a woman around instead of doing the leading.
Women Like Leaders! So, below are 10 tips on How To Become a Leader:
1) Lead on dates.
2) Believe in yourself.
3) Expand your comfort zone AND lead other people out of theirs. There're tons of people around you who are waiting to find someone to follow.
4) Fail forward fast. It's okay to fail, as long as you fall FORWARD and learn from your mistakes.
5) Learn to take educated risks. No risks, no gain. Yes, you'll risk getting rejected when you approach a woman. But if you don't approach her at all, you will never get a chance with her.
6) Don't be a crowd follower: The guy who follows other people rarely gets noticed by anyone, including women. You want attention from women? Be in the spotlight!
7) Work on your communication skills. You can't inspire other people if you can't communicate well.
8) Be enthusiastic. Be enthusiastic in whatever you do, be it work, schools, or a hobby. Having this quality can attract you MANY more women than you can handle.
9) Be knowledgeable. Keep increasing your knowledge. The leader usually knows a lot more than his follower.
10) Have self-discipline. As I've stated in the past, self- discipline is *the* key to succeeding in dating and other areas of your life.
